Implant Dentistry

Hello life

Implantology is the most modern and advanced method of replacing teeth, regardless of whether one or more teeth are missing.

The success of implantology depends primarily on good oral hygiene and regular check-ups. If all factors are met, the implants can last a lifetime. Implants take on the role of natural tooth roots; the body accepts them almost as if it were its own tissue.

What is an implant?

Dental implants are small, highly developed and extremely powerful titanium screws that are placed in the jaw instead of the natural tooth root and grow firmly into the bone. They serve as a basis for crowns, bridges or prostheses.

Implants are a suitable solution for both individual teeth and missing rows of teeth. Since even a single missing tooth can cause movement of opposing teeth, it should definitely be replaced. Implants as pillars of high-quality prosthetics provide the optimal basis for multiple missing teeth.

What is Minimalinvasiv Surgery?

GENTLE & PAINLESS

At your dentist CHANDRA | At BUCUTA in Giesing, we place particular emphasis on advanced treatment methods that are both effective and gentle. A great example of this is Minimalinvasive surgery. Minimalinvasive surgery is a revolutionary approach in dentistry that aims to perform surgical procedures with the least possible trauma to the patient. This means that we carry out procedures with the smallest possible surgical site.

The advantages of Minimalinvasive surgery:

  • Gentle on tissue: Less trauma to the surrounding tissue.

  • Low pain: Patients experience less pain during and after the procedure.

  • Hardly visible scarring: Aesthetically pleasing results without noticeable scars.

  • Fast healing phase: Patients recover more quickly from the procedure.

  • Accelerated wound healing: The healing processes are more efficient and faster.

Course of treatment:
Every intervention begins with precise planning. We use the most modern technologies such as 3D imaging or specially made templates to prepare the procedure precisely. It is carried out using fine instruments that enable high precision and protect the surrounding tissue.

Minimalinvasive surgery is widely used in various areas of dentistry, especially in:

  • Implantology: For the safe and efficient insertion of dental implants.

  • Periodontological surgery: gentle treatment of gum disease.

  • Root tip resection: Minimalinvasiv procedure for root tip inflammation.

  • Removal of wisdom teeth, displaced teeth, cysts

  • Correction of lip and tongue ties

At your dentist CHANDRA | At BUCUTA in Giesing we are proud to offer our patients this advanced treatment method. Our expertise in Minimalinvasive surgery allows us to offer you a treatment that is not only effective, but also comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

3D X-RAY

A MODERN AND GENTLE EXAMINATION METHOD

Digital volume tomography is a modern three-dimensional X-ray procedure. This enables precise, high-resolution and anatomically meaningful images. The images generated show a precise three-dimensional representation of the structures (e.g. bones, teeth, nerve courses, jaw joint structures) in the jaw area, but also those of the nasal, maxillary and sinus cavities.

Things to know about 3D X-rays

WHAT IS A 3D X-RAY GOOD FOR?

The digital volume tomograph enables comprehensive diagnostic examinations, among other things. of advanced diseases of the periodontium (periodontitis), for treatment planning of implants and surgical interventions as well as before the removal of wisdom teeth and root tip resections.

HOW DOES THE X-RAY PROCESS WORK?

A narrow cone-shaped X-ray beam illuminates the flat panel detector for about 20 seconds. Meanwhile, the device performs a 360° movement around the area to be examined. The raw data is transferred to a computer. Following post-processing, a reconstruction algorithm creates ultra-high-resolution three-dimensional images. They are displayed on the computer monitor.

Based on this X-ray we planed carefully the surgery to achieved minimalinvasiv operation, so you would have all the advantages offered from modern dental Implantology.
